Sponsorship Opportunities

    Is your business or organization looking to support a meaningful cause that helps the advancement of schools, the local youth, the Huntsville community, and arts education? By contributing to Grissom Theatre, your business/organization can fulfill that purpose while receiving added benefits.

    There are two forms of sponsorship opportunities with the GHS theatre program.  Your company/organization can support classroom education, theatre competitions, scholarship programs and learning opportunities for all our theatre students through a contribution to our general Theatre Sponsorship fund.  To learn more about sponsoring the theatre program, please see below.

     Each spring, dozens of our high school fine art students come together to perform a well known musical for our community.  These young actors, stage technicians and musicians pour their heart and soul into providing quality production plays for all in our community to enjoy. We offer a unique opportunity for local companies/organizations to support these students in this endeavor through our Musical Sponsorship fund.     Please review both the theatre and musical sponsorship rates below and consider being a sponsor for our sensational theatre program this year.  Thank you!

2023 - 2024 Grissom Theatre Sponsorship Rates

PLATINUM SPONSOR $1,500

• Business name/logo listed on our website and social media pages
• Poster/Signage in our lobby at all theatre events (not including the spring musical)
• Acknowledgement in all theatre event programs
• Audio mention prior to the Best Christmas Pageant Ever show
• Logo in video on our GHS Theatre Facebook and Instagram (more than 3,000 followers)
• 8 Tickets for any BCPE performance; must be redeemed at least 24 hours prior to show

GOLD SPONSOR $1,000

• Business name listed on our website and social media pages
• Poster/Signage in our lobby at all theatre events (not including the spring musical)
• Acknowledgement in all theatre event programs
• 6 Tickets good for any BCPE performance; must be redeemed at least 24 hours prior to show

SILVER SPONSOR $500

• Business name listed on our website and social media pages
• Poster/Signage in our lobby at all theatre events
• 4 Tickets good for any BCPE performance; must be redeemed at least 24 hours prior to show

2024 Cinderella Musical Sponsorship Rates

PLATINUM SPONSOR $2,500

• Business displayed on the program front cover
• Business name listed on our website and social media pages
• Poster/Signage in our lobby at all musical events
• Acknowledgement in the program
• Audio mention prior to the show
• Full page ad inside program with premiere positioning
• 10 Tickets good for any Cinderella performance; must be redeemed at least 24 hours prior to show

GOLD SPONSOR $1,500

• Poster/Signage in our lobby at all musical events
• Business name listed on our website and social media pages
• Acknowledgement in the program
• Full page ad inside program, far forward
• 6 Tickets good for any Cinderella performance; must be redeemed at least 24 hours prior to show

SILVER SPONSOR $500

• Poster/Signage in our lobby at all musical events
• Business name listed on our website and social media pages
• Acknowledgement in the program
• Half page ad inside program, far forward
• 4 Tickets good for any Cinderella performance; must be redeemed at least 24 hours prior to show

Grissom Theatre Booster Club is a self-sustaining 501(C)(3) organization with no funding from Huntsville City Schools outside of teachers’ salaries and facilities upkeep. Donors can deduct contributions under IRC Section 170. Huntsville City Schools is a 501(C)(3); your tax-deductible contributions of any amount to HCS can be earmarked to support Grissom Theatre.
